THE BEST U NOW SERENITY CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC Did not provide any service due to a doctor resigning over a month before my surgery but has made every excuse not to return my funds PLANTATION FLORIDA

Good afternoon. I am writing to inform everyone of Fraud by the The Best U Now a plastic surgery center in Florida. I planned and paid to have surgery with this group the surgery was Liposuction 360, Waistline Reduction, and Liposuction on arms surgery with Dr. Oscar Ramirez. Before initially scheduling surgery, I had done research on Dr. Ramirez specifically and had seen his work firsthand on previous clients. The initial scheduled date was March 4th.

I was contacted on March 2nd by The Best U Now informing me that my surgery was to be rescheduled to March 17th due to a family emergency for Dr. Ramirez, at which point I incurred additional fees to change my flights and hotel accomodations as well as flights for my travel companion. We traveled to the facility from Dallas, TX on the morning of March 16th with a scheduled pre-op appointment at 3:30pm. Upon my arrival to this appointment I was notified that Dr. Ramirez resigned the previous day which was not true he resigned in February and began working at his new employer 305 plastic surgery at that time which I have proof for.

The facility had no contingency plans for clients affected, no plan to compensate or refund any monies paid.  I was then offered to have the surgery done by another surgeon at this facility whom I had no previous knowledge of their work or credentials so I was not comfortable with going forward. This facility now states that appointment was cancelled due to medical reasons which per their contract means you forfeit all monies paid.

The Best U Now, took my money knowing that the doctor no longer worked there which is fraud he is also still present on there website at https://www.thebestunow.com/doctors in a attempt to fraud others out of their money by getting them to pay a down payment and money for surgery that they will in turn say is no refundable. Please please help us ladies stop this business from giving plastic surgery groups a bad name because of their unethical business practices.

There are a ton of women who they have done things like this to just go look at their reviews on BBB or yelp.
