bestbuycool.com Seller of the air pros that I bought his name is Zhang Junfen Took 227.99 From My Banking Account For Earphones, The Earphones Were Broken When They Arrived Augusta GA

I bought some air pro earphones from the website bestbuycool.com on February 27, 2020 I did not even receive the air pro earphone until March 16, 2020 when the earphones arrived they were broken, they are a fake, and you can tell they are not new.

Best Buy Cool took $227.99 from my checking account via paypal.  I e-mailed bestbuycool.com when it was taking so long for my order to come, and bestbuycool.com never responded to my e-mail, then I e-mailed the seller Zhangfpp@outlook.com twice, once when I had not received the earphones, and yesterday informing him that the ear phones are broken, they are not new, and they are a fake, and that I a refund, as of yet, no respond form either party.  The item I bought is Pro Blue Tooth Earphone, the caption said New Magic Like You Never Heard.  I bougt these for my grandson, he can't use them because they are broken.

The seller's name is Zhang Junfen  I feel like bestbuycool.com is a fake website and should be taken down there is no telephone number to reach them.  My Case Number With Paypal is PP-D-58453272 Transaction ID
