Googled longmire series dvds. Their site comes up. I ordered the dvds then find out its not dvds its a digital download. Asked for a refund and they said no, didn’t you read the terms an conditions. Go back to their site and scroll down through 6 more series to get to terms and conditions and nowhere on the page does it say digital download.
Have to go to another page that originally didn’t say anything about digital downloads and had to go to a third to find out. Told them i would report it as a scam and they sent me a text saying they reviewed my account and would refund my money just send the order # and last 4 digits of my card. Sent it and get another text saying non refundable.
