BestTicketFare.com offered 2 American Airline tickets from Las Vegas to Knoxville TN for a total of 453.30. The website stated "nothing would be charged until after the Booking was complete."
They called me later in the evening stating, that flight was booked then offered to upgrade my flight for $400.00 each for the same flight but a different cabin. Now they are wanting over $1300.00 for these tickets. I told them I could get them for under 400 each person with Delta. and just cancel the order.
They said these were non refundable. No where on there website says non-refundable. My print out of the flight Iternary only states "Your Creditcard has not been charged yet. Your tickets will be issued once payment is charged. "
They did charge me $453.06 and I do not have any tickets.
I have filed a dispute on my Credit Card.
Avoid this website. They are unethical
