Betel Shipping BetelShipping.com BetelShipping.com Fraudulent Website and Fraudulent Logistics Company Hamburg

Luang Medicalservices Group created a very elaborate, but bogus website about PPE available for sale (http://luangmedicals.com/) and also a very sophisticated logistics website (http://betelshipping.com/). When asked for all of their certifications and technical specifications on multiple occasions, they were able to provide them. They certifications were elaborate and matched up with the corresponding certifiers, but ultimately all photoshopped fakes.

They communicated with us via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp chats. They were able to answer everything question and provide docs whenever needed. After much due diligence, we decided to order from them. We only sent the wire when we were provided a confirmation of the airway bill (paid by them since it was CIF Fort Lauderdale, FL USA) and the tracking info from Betel Shipping from employee. Tracking was elaborate and showed the items at the airport in Germany and then later showed it tracking out of the airport and then later showed it arriving to a carrier facility in Kiev, Ukraine. Once it was there, it showed "on hold" and we immediately knew there was a problem.

Although CIF, which meant we paid nothing for shipping, they started requesting that we wire additional funds, which were more than the products cost that we ordered. They requested it via wire or bitcoin. We called our freight forwarder, who was going to handle this order when it reached Fort Lauderdale to get it through customs and they advised that this must be a scam. Our freight forwarder contacted Luang MedicalService Group immediately and advised of their concern. They argued for a bit and went dark. We notified our bank to reverse the wire transfer that took place 6 hours earlier.

Although the website is still up for both http://luangmedicals.com/ and http://betelshipping.com/, they're both dark now and not responding. Both sites are fraudulent sites. Do not purchase anthing or provide funds to the following companies or people: Luang Medicalservices Group, Luang Medical, Luang, Betel Shipping or any company or person associated with them.
