On 10/23/21, I claimed a deposit match bonus from the betmgm sportsbook app. The bonus was a 100% match up to $200. I then deposited $148, and the extra $148 was credited to my account. The terms were that deposit+bonus was withdrawal restricted until 5x the bonus amount was wagered on sports betting within 14 days. So $740 needed to be wagered before expiration, which 11/06 at 23:59. Bets needed to have odds over -200 and couldn't be free, risk free, cancelled, edited, or unsettled bets to count..

Right away, I noticed that qualifying bets weren't being counted toward requirement. I made several inquiries (at least 5) into the matter, to which the reply was they were aware of ongoing issues regarding wager requirements and that they were working on a solution. As expiration got closer, I made more inquiries trying to ensure they were aware I had met requirement and the money wasn't going to be withdrawn from my account. I was reassured that they were aware of the issue, to be patient, and they would inform me when a solution was reached.

I had calculated eligible bets & determined wagers equalled 754 on  11/1 @ 16:55. Again, goal = $740 by 11/6. Site progress showed only 50% complete & my concern was they'd revoke $. So I placed WAY more bets than I would normally, hoping to show 100% progress in app.. Worries proved true & 148 was revoked from acct. Though only $148 was tkn, it's technically alot more. They would've revoked all winnings if I hadn't wagered it all, so I did.. By 11/6 at 13:00, I had qualifying bets of $1183.10, $443.10 OVER the required $740. I provided a document w/ EVERY bet in order; dates/times/ID #'s/& odds. All Sttled by 13:00-11/6, 11 hrs prior to expire. I would've had $500+ in my acct if not for indiscriminately placing bets.

I've expended alot of effort & aware I'm only entitled to 148. It's about principal now. I've inquired via email/cht 8x+ now. They provide the same generic response each time. ?'s sent NEVER addressed.
Final email response, "Upon checking your acct, we found out a claim back under promotion code *** as per thoroughly checking, THE PROMOTION WAS EXPIRED AFTER COMPLETING YOUR WAGERING REQUIREMENTS, thats why the bonus from this promotion has been claimed back"..
Isn't that the point?

I have now provided them proof at least 10 times, and each time I get a response stating that they checked my acct and determined wagering requirements were not met. Then they list the bets that do not count toward requirements. NEVER have they addressed the list of bets that equal over 400 more than requirement. I'm not even convinced a human has read/responded to me once.
