While we regret we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided BBB with its position. This matter is now closed in BBB files, and will appear in the company's BBB Business Review as: "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.""

The PLAIN TRUTH About The BBB And Their BS!

The BBB with all their BS is NOT part of ANY government body or law enforcement agency. The BBB and all their BS has ZERO POWER to do anything. The ONLY reason they call themselves "the bureau" is to DECEIVE the public into thinking they have some law enforcement powers.
The ONLY purpose of the BBB--BS is to SELL their PHONEY "accreditations" to ANY business which wants to buy one. They SELL their phoney, meaningless "ratings" the same way. If you go up against one of their CUSTOMERS, they will ALWAYS side in that customer's favor.
The phoney "mediator" is a BBB-BS employee. The BBB-BS has been conducting their shakedown scam for years. This FACT is well known among the business community.
