Better Speech SCAM, Charged money and no services recieved

I am writing this b/c I dont want ANYONE to go through the financial hardship I  have endured after using this awful company. They mislead you and say you are charged $59 a session with a licensed speech pathologist. However, when you cancel services they STILL charge you and a lot and will not refund your money.

They do not claim this is any kind of "subscription" service (until you try and cancel). They claim if you do not receive an appointment with your speech therapist then you will receive a refund. LIES!!!!!!!!!! LIES!!!!!!! and MORE LIESSS!! when you ask for a refund they state a bogus claim of you had access to our library.I didnt sign up for access to a library, I signed up for help. They are a total scam, waste of money, and evil company and I hope they go under and soon, and a reputable HONEST company takes over customers.

What they do to people is more than awful and disgusting. If you look at facebook reviews and SiteJabber you will see REAL reviews. I wish I would have looked past their fake website. There are a sorry bunch of individuals out to line theur pocket and DO NOT put the constomer first EVER. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! There is a lot of other comapanies that are truly out to help and this isnt one of them.

I will be reporting them to the Attorney General and all consumer protection agencies I can find that is willing tolisten and help me. I hope if you have been a victim you will fill out a report here and also consider reporting these frauds and theives.
