I have never had such a terrible experience with a business professional as I’ve had with Ms. Mae Sims of Beyondcare. I paid her $4,900 for assisted living training certification and additional support services. However, after making numerous attempts to reach out via phone, text, and email, I received no response. When someone from her office did answer, I was told she was in training and would follow up, but that never happened. Each time I tried to contact her, there was always a new excuse.
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. Ms. Mae Sims is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional businessperson I’ve ever dealt with.

Still waiting on paperwork to open my business, constantly calling/emailing for over a year with no response. All training was completed but certification still has not been issued. Ms. Mae will not get back to you and prefers you keep calling. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
