BFE CORPORATION LIMITED Dashcam offered as premium for completing survey about T-Mobile GuangZhou TianHe District,

After completing the survey and selecting the dashcam as a free premium offer for only paying shipping & handling, the company at first charged my account for the shipping and handling and then two days later tried to charge my account  for a $68 subscription.

The account holder denied the charge and contacted me about possible fraud. I said I did not authorize the charge and my account was immediately closed and another opened.

I had to contact BFE Corporation directly and they did answer the phone and showed the dashcam order.  I told them I did not order any subscription. The $68 subscription has been cancelled by BFE.

Later, I checked witih USPS as to the status of the order and they said it had been delivered to my mailbox. It was not. Possibly BFE can access USPS site and alter tracking record. I have reported the non delivery to USPS and am awaiting resolution from them.
