My name is Nguyen Kinh Doanh.  I am a tax consultant and a journalist. In his letter to me dated   Fri, Nov 17, 2023 at 5:56 AM entitled  ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THE CASE OF MISS b***h TRAM SUING PRIEST GENERAL DIRECTOR NGUYEN NGOC CHUAN, ORANGE CATHOLIC DIOCESE, VBS TELEVISION SYSTEM, VBS DISTRIBUTION COMPANY AND DEMANDING COMPENSATION OF 250,000,000 DOLLARS IN DAMAGES, VBS Television President Nguyen Ngoc Chuan announced: As we told you before: After being sued by us for stealing customers and violating the copyright of our program "Diamond Auction on Television", Ms. b***h Tram created the story Linh The General Director sexually harassed her, so she filed a counter-suit and demanded compensation of 250 million Dollars in damages from the General Director Priest, Diocese of Orange, VBS Television System, and VBS distribution company.
 
Although during the past 3 years, she used many tricks to try to win the lawsuit, in the end she completely failed.
 
To end the lawsuit, on November 19, former Federal Judge Gary L. Taylor wrote: "Because Ms. b***h Tram did not present any evidence or witnesses to support her accusations." Ms. b***h Tram, so the victory completely belongs to the defendant.... and Ms. b***h Tram will not receive a penny in compensation."

reported in part  An Orange County priest who runs a Vietnamese TV station has been accused of sexually assaulting the host of one of his programs.

The Rev. Joseph C. Nguyen owns and operates the Vietnamese Broadcasting Service, or VBS, which features QVC-style programming as well as religious services. In March, Nguyen was sued by Tram h*o, a former host of “Fight Price on Television,” a jewelry auction show.

Nearly four years have passed since  VBS Television President Nguyen Ngoc Chuan contacted me and since former Federal Judge Gary L. Taylor decided the case: "Because Ms. b***h Tram did not present any evidence or witnesses to support her accusations. "Ms. b***h Tram, so the victory completely belongs to the defendant... and Ms. b***h Tram will not receive a penny in compensation", I published the book USA VIETNAM MIRACLES AND HOPE pages 122-127, I narrated b***h Tram vs Rev. Nguyen Ngoc Chuan.
