This company evaluated my car battery on Friday and determined that the battery is bad. It will not hold a charge, even under a battery charger. They said they were out of batteries and asked me to wait until Tuesday when they would teceive their next delivery. I waited four days and called AAA again to request battery service for my battery which is under warranty.. Big E's then refused to replace the battery, saying something else is wrong with my car. When another company came to tow the car, they jumped it and drove it on the tow truck. Now, because I followed their instructions, my car is out of service for five days and I still have a bad battery. These guys have no cares for what they do to people. In it to win at the customer expense.

If they determined the car's electrical system is faulty or the battery became discharged due to neglect, that most likely would be the reason the battery failed. Car batteries are not designed to be completely discharged, and if the battery stays in a discharged state for more than a few hours, it will become permanently damaged. That's not a fault of the battery but rather a result of abuse.
