Big Reds Car Wash Kissimmee/BRXW HOLDINGS, LLC BRXW HOLDINGS, LLC Big Reds Car Wash Kissimmee Damaged my vehicles Kissimmee FL

WARNING!! Do not take your car here! I brought two cars to get washed at the same time here last week my Mercedes and my wife was behind me in her car a GLC Mercedes that were both damaged with scratches with their equipment. I wash my cars every other week and never had a problem until I went there on March 25.

upon entering the wash they usually have a guy there directing you onto the moving belt and since it looks like they have a lot of people working there I was surprised no one was there to help line up the cars to enter the car wash. After exiting the car wash and parking my cars in the car vacuum area, I noticed there were a group of side swiped scratches on my door panels on both vehicles that were in a scratch pattern of about 4-5 scratches in the clear coat.

as something that was constantly scraping the vehicle in a repetitive motion which was their car wash brushes that were probably not serviced or cleaned in which caused the marks. We spoke with a Tywon a manager at the car wash who took pictures and wrote down all our information and said someone should be contacting us about this within a day or two, a week went by and no one called us back, when calling back Riley one of many managers that work there he said no one told him about this until the day we called a week later and there was no incident report made in which Tywon told us he would do with the company. 

Riley than said he would call us back because he had to research it and talk to the regional manager first about it another manager. Riley than called us back to let us know that they would not be assuming responsibility and covering the damage since “He” I guess the expert in car wash operations reviewed the cameras and made the determination none of the equipment malfunctioned that would of caused the scratches.

The scratches came from their car wash no where else! Is it just a coincidence I have the same scratch patterns on both cars and both areas on the door panels (pics are attached) There trying to cover themselves and not take responsibility for what their equipment did to my vehicles, there are other reviewers online that have stated their cars were also scratched and that damage was done to their vehicles, I will be pursuing legal action against them if they do not fix my vehicles and let everyone one know in the Kissimmee area not to go near this car wash.
