When we said "it doesn't look like a full cord," he said it was. The next afternoon when we went to stack it, it was at very best a half a cord. Company is not registered with state and refused to refund our money (pick up his half cord) or fulfill order when we brought it to his attention, he gave a new definition of what a cord is. We made it very clear we wanted a full cord. His receipt says 1 cord, not a half, not a sloppy cord. Then he tells us he doesn't even have any wood to fulfill the order. He intentionally charged us for a full cord knowing he didn't have the wood to fulfill the order. Pine Colorado

BigHorn Tree Care LLC owner Brandon Richard Lee/ Brandon Lee/ Brandon Bush advertised on Facebook cords of wood for sale.
He delivered very late in the evening in the dark 1/2 cord of wood when we paid for a full cord cash. When we said "it doesn't look like a full cord," he said it was.
The next afternoon when we went to stack it, it was at very best a half a cord.
Company is not registered with state. When contacted by text Brandon responded with "stack it and send me the dimensions" we did just that and then he went silent.
I contacted him via Facebook in the morning and gave him the option to redeem himself and his business to make it right.
He refused to refund our money (pick up his half cord) or fulfill order when we brought it to his attention, he gave a new definition of what a cord is. Quoted, "By the way, that’s not a half cord that would be what is called a quote on quote, “sloppy cord” and in case you don’t know what that means it’s what you get when you throw a bunch of wood into the bed of a pick up. I would like to do a note to no one on your end never specified what type of cord they were looking for I deal with a lot of different types of cords/face cords, 1/4,1/2, 1/3, typically people clarify what they’re looking for."

As I’ve told these people that claim We ripped them off, and as all my adds clearly state i charge 350 for a full cord with delivery they are complaining because they paid a measly 230$. IT CLEARLY STATES ON MY ADDS 300-350$ for a full cord no exceptions! They complained about the price at first but when i took time out of my personal life on my wife’s birthday even, I was kind enough to go out of my way to make there delivery, yes it was not a true 4x4x8. But that goes back to READ THE AD!!! Im sorry you’re to ignorant to fully read the ad description. They did not make it clear what type of unit they’re looking for, I charged them for a half and thats what they got! You get what you paid for!!
