We are an international Trading company that recently brought one of our U.S. buyers to an RBD PALMOIL supplier in Malaysia.
We completed contracts and are about ready to go into production - suddenly the supplier informed us that we must pay a $999 fee in order to get the contract notarized so they could get us officially recognized at the bank.
This contract represents a lot of commissions, and it is very obvious that the vendor is trying to hustle us. We intend to use every legal resource to make sure that we get paid.
