BioChain Institute Inc. and their CEO Grace Tian made an agreement with me a former employee about stock, bonus, work from home and nothing was honored after nearly 1 year later. They continued to lie to cover the situation to a government agency.

Furthermore, I was being harassed by coworker who created a hostile work environment. She would harass me, yell at me, belittle me and even proposed that I work for competitor on the side.

My manager did nothing.

I reported the hostile work environment to the CEO Grace Tian and my manager stating that I would not work with this employee anymore because the hostile environment she was creating.

My manager tried to downplay the situation and the CEO Grace Tian’s response was that she did not like my response, I’m young this is corporate and you have to work with everybody no matter what. I still had to have future meetings with the employee which I canceled and made excuses not to attend because of fear, anxiety and poor mental health.

As a result of all of this I resigned

I reported the hostile work environment to a government agency and Biochain Institute Inc lied to them about my departure stating that I took a job somewhere else which is far from the truth.

As you can see, they make agreements they do not honor, lie to their employees and to the government.
