I am filing a complaint against Biovea for their refusal to provide a refund for an order (#46003247) that was returned to their inventory due to delivery issues.

The post office confirmed that the package is being sent back to Biovea, but the company’s policy states that 'all sales are final,' leaving me without the product I paid for. This policy is highly exploitative, as the company will profit twice by reselling the returned product, while I suffer the loss of my payment.

Biovea’s lack of accountability in this matter is unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as they fail to protect their customers’ interests. I demand a resolution, which includes a full refund for my order.
