Seems to be a registered business in Australia: ACN: 153696783, ABN:55153696783

13129 New England Hwy, Cambooya QLD 4358, Australia

They also apparently are part of a group with two other company names at the same address: BK Civil Group, and BK Hire

Bladen Binney comes up as a "Managing Director" for BK Civil Group. They say they are an investment group and have a website that once you sign up for, shows you accruing funds, however when you try to withdraw they just won't do it.

I've got chat messages saved and screenshots. There is enough info on their website to ascertain that they are fraudulent.
