Blaine Dushanek First Realty Investments Matt Allen First Really Investments Unlawful Eviction Red Deer Alberta

Blaine Dushanek from first realty investments has unlawfully evicted me from my current apartment which I've been renting for almost 2 years. He's made 2 false allegations towards me his tenant and 1 false allegation against a personal friend who stays with me once in awhile this allegation is harmful to his personal reputation with absolutely no proof of what he's being accused of in fact it states that "he was found putting homemade spikes under tenants vehicles". Again this apparently occurred on Feb 3/23 and today, Feb 3/23 we received a notice. Nothing was mentioned about this until I was alone and that's when Blaine intimidated me and told me of this accusation. There's security cameras yet he refuses to give me the supposed evidence. He presented me with the warning notice once I was alone. I've asked repeatedly for copies of these false allegations and have received nothing other than a 2 week eviction notice. I'm accused of doing drugs, assisting my friend with these spikes I have yet to see. I'm disabled and on disability. When I first moved in I had slipped in the bathtub knocking myself unconscious causing an unfortunate flood. I was hospitalized. Once home I was told I'd have to cover repair costs which I agreed to and have since paid him. He has no proof, my old landlord who has also been fired for unknown reasons unrelated to my situation said she did not give me 2 notices. Blaine won't listen to me, is intimidating me and I'm afraid of what he's capable of doing. I don't feel safe now and totally mystified as to why this happened suddenly today. Neither him or our new caretaker will take my calls or return them. So now at an apartment I was happy with and believed Blaine to be a good landlord I have 14 days to leave in the middle of winter. It's February in Alberta and very cold. I'm 53 with no where to go and no money to move. The way he was intimidating me on and off the property brought me to Google his name. I'm horrified as to the complaints of fraud and others. He's putting me out on the streets with these false accusations with not a care in the world. I'm single and disabled and now afraid of what he's going to do next. I know I'm a good tenant. Keep a spotless home, in fact I've done apartment clean outs for him to help pay for the damage from the flood which is now paid for. I'm not a trouble maker, rents always on time and I was happy here after leaving an extremely abusive relationship that they were aware of. For the first time in a long time I felt safe and secure. Now this. I don't know where to turn what to do, I'm just feeling lost and can't believe all that took place in less than 2 hours. Matt Allen is our new caretaker who's related to Blaine and to my knowledge is an rcmp officer. With no where to turn and after reading several other allegations I feel I have to defend and stand up for myself. Even after this I'd still want to live here. I have no complaints about the building or other tenants. I just refuse to be bullied intimidated threatened and accused of things that simply are not true. I won't stop this even if I move. People like him cannot continue to get away with this. Please be very cautious if renting from Blaine Dushanek. He has properties in Red Deer Alberta and surrounding towns. Keep all your documents. I don't know what else to do. I shouldn't be forced into the streets with no probable reason
