AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE !!!  The hygienists that do the cleaning are cordial and friendly and do fine.  I am quite displeased with Dr. R.  He is generally friendly, but his skill level concerned me throughout my being there 4 years (no cavities to mention).  So I mostly worked with the hygienists.  I had a crown on one tooth that came off and I had it re-glued in once before about 9 months ago.  I asked for the crown to be glued one more time to get a replacement of different material in January 2025.  Dr. R had pricing so high that I opted to have dental work done outside the USA.  Dr. R glued in the crown and I followed the instructions exactly avoiding eating for a couple hours.  That evening after having veggie soup (no hard ingredients), I swished my mouth with water (no flossing or other reasons for problems) and the freshly installed crown came off.  I asked for it to be reinstalled with better adhesive and was denied.  Since I had less than 24 hours of crown use, I asked for my out of pocket expense ($90) to be returned.  It was refused and it was my last straw.  This was unprofessional and unethical in my opinion and I will not be back.  This office has a very low rating for good reason.  I am really disappointed and hope the owner of this office (Dr. Ramesh K. Sunar, DMD).  I had Dr. Sunar do a root canal 3 years ago and he was commensurately exceptional.  He is a star.  His Blakeney office is a disaster, in my opinion.

Ignorant Opinions are worthless, like yours

The dentist is a licensed professional.  He was fully aware of the condition of the crown prior to install.  The dentist had the ability to refuse to install it if it was in unsavable condition. He chose to install it and it failed.  Since the install failed in hours, not even days, it was a failure on his end.  Simply asking for refund of the fee for the install was reasonable, rational and logical.  Refund was the only honorable things to do. He refused.

You are complaining that the dentist is refusing to fix someone else's messed up work for free? Seriously? I'm honestly surprised he even glued it back in for you in the first place. It is probably falling out because it is made incorrectly.
