Blluehost.com Unethical Billing Practice Jacksonville Florida

I became disabled over three years ago. Bluehost continued to bill me for a website I no longer used. When they were notified of this they practiced greed based billing and refused to provide the proper refund.  I only requested a refund for the current year, and allowed them to keep several hundreds of dollars for previous years, even after that they still would not provide a proper refund. 

There is legitimate evidence that they utilize autodraft to continuall bill you, and a small oversight on your part, believing they would cancel for non payment, and instead continue to autodraft for several years.  They will tell you there billing department is an "offline" entity, and will  do absolutely everything to prohibit you from a fair and proper refund.

They represent a poor element of humanity that considers the almighty dollar over the lives of human beings. It is sad sign of the times. Be careful, if you give them your banking information you could end up like me and get Ripped Off big time.  This company along with some others is the reason I am cancelling any and all autodraft arrangements...except for my car payment.  Greed will find it's way into your life one way or another, so be careful out there and best of luck.
