I subscribed to Blue Iris for all my security cameras in October of '19. In Feburary 2020 I ran into some trouble with the software that prompted  a re-install. I could not find a place on their website to download the client so I got a new license. After I figured out the issue with their product I sent an email explaining what I had done and will need the license revoked and money refunded.

They did refund the money however they refunded it against my original license in October not Feburary. When I questioned this I was told they made a mistake and if I wanted to continue to use their product I would have to purchase another license. Huh? So I have to pay for another license for your mistake? Finally I had had enough and canceled the service. What horrible customer service and a company that does not want to stand behind their mistakes is a company I will no longer do business with.
