Blue Raft Tourist Service Bus Service Fraud Bus Service, did not provide us bus in time, we had to wait in the bus stop Mandarmani (Chaulkhola) for 2 and half hours for another bus. Kolkata West Bengal

The bus service should not get a star. It is the worst service I have seen in my life. They are just money eater. They only know how to befool and harass passengers. They are highly and highly irresponsible. Now, I will tell you what they did with us.

Our trip from Kolkata to Mandarmani, horrible experience with Blue Raft Tourist Service. Beware of this bus service.

We booked tickets online. They took full charge as other bus services do.
They did not send us any confirmation SMS that we booked our seats online. We did call them more than 20-time, such an irresponsible bus service.

The bus we booked was not the bus they told us. Their 1st bus was cancelled and they told us to sit in another bus, where 2-bus passengers were travelling in one bus. Horrible!

When we got our seats, other passengers came and started quarrelling that the seats were allotted to them. Such an idiotic bus service....

On the day of return from Mandarmani (Chaulkhola bus stop), our bus time was 9:15 AM, but after an hour at 10:25, we called them and asked why the bus is not coming? They told us that the bus broke down near Digha and after 1 and a half hour another bus will come, we have to wait in the sun, at the bus stop....horrible! Isn’t it?

Our bus number was (2169)

After an hour we saw the bus was coming which was supposedly broken down

Actually, the bus service befooled us.

They told us to wait for another bus, but we did not wait because one of our passengers was not feeling well, so we talked to another bus and got our ticket on spot and came home.

We asked Blue Raft Tourist Service to refund our money but they denied. After returning home we called them more than 30-time but they did not pick our call.

Now it is up to you my fellow passengers if you like to book this horrible Blue Raft Tourist Service.
