Blue Shield of California - Medi-cal Housing Department Matt Lopez, Tina (social worker) and Ms. Giraldo refused to provide new housing services to me and a new social worker Denied new Housing Services Los Angeles California

The State of California is raking in serious cash by providing "housing services" to those who have disabilities. The patient can call their medi-cal provider and ask for a social worker, which the social worker will send a referral to have an agency reach out to you in hopes you get voucher and find a place, but there are numerous problems that come with this request. The first is the patient has to LABEL themself with a disability or a mental disability to be considered for housing services. This is how the stigma is formed people don't have mental problems who are on the street anymore that the average idiot living in an apartment or house. with a lousey minimum wage job does. Let me educate the public there is no way to measure mental intelligence or the lack of intelligence anymore than you can measure creativity. The brain can't be measured and tests that are given to anyone person are bias most of the time from a shrink who can't speak proper English and only wants to manipulate you into getting a lawyer so she and her friend can steal your retro pay when the case is approved for disability with Social Security. 

Most people don't want to adhere to this scrutiny and Veterans are no exception as they are two being black balled from the State of California. There are many people being forced to go into a shelter program and go thru pure hell, "red tape" for about two years to be considered for a voucher and beleive me when I say the intake worker is usually an uneducated moron about 25 years old digging into your back ground while judging you instead of helping you because these are the kind of workers being hired with these gross incompent agencies and shelters, while subjecting many people to abuse. Orange County is no different!!!

Secondly once you get a social worker this person refuses to give you a choice of agency to work with, so you will get whomever is assigned to you, but what if there is a problem with this 3rd party bogus agency? There will be as I have dealt with these problems since 2012 anyone trying to get housing to get off the street is going to face numerous barries with the agency itself, lying to you, forcing you to go into a shelter, or only wanting to house you with "slum lords", because many of these agencies own real estate such as Path of LA. All of these agencies hire gross incompented people who play games, are never honest and will mislead you of their true intentions and in the end its all about how much make they make off of you.

After I tried to explain myself to Matt Lopez, Tina and Ms. Giraldo of what Path, St Joseph Center and the corruption of Brillant Corners have done, with the lies they have told, the lack of transaparency and expecting me to pay for deposits and holding fees, also pushing me into the slums of Los Angeles. I refused all of it after two years of bull****t battling with these rotten manipulating liars. Matt Lopez and Ms Giraldo refused to allow me to have another agency and another social worker. Ms. Giraldo is also a liar and not a Housing specialist, she just think she is and tells me she has resources and can pulls strings. She is a liar after today Ms. Giraldo continued to bother me by telling me I "HAVE TO" COMPLY with Brillant Corners and St Joseph Center, they are still willing to work with me, OFCOURSE THEY ARE, its MONEY!!!!!

WOW ...what part of my argument of this blackballing from these morons did she not understand? Oh they all understand, but they don't care! These employees of Blue Sheild refused to accomadate my requests but instead demanding me to bend my will to those vipers. I WILL NOT, I have suffered enough abuse, manipulations and lies and I will NOT live in the ghetto. Bryan Lopez of St Joseph Center deliberately sabotaged my chance when I found two nice places in Lamirada, he did it with intent and refused to pay deposits and holding fees, that is their JOB!!! He did this with INTENT and admitted it to me!

However, let me first describe how rotten the agencies are and there are about 200 to 300 in Los Angeles alone, all are guilty of making money off of those unfortunates. The average person has no understanding how rotten and dishonest this government is, and the media because you will hear of what a problem it is having people on the streets (veterans too) and yet the cities and counties are spending billions of dollars to fix the problem. NO!!! Its all lies!!!  they are not, this crap gov doesn't want to house anyone, its the reason its incredibly hard to go through all of this. Its all about destroying the human race. And because of this ongoing saddistic game everyone plays is why so many people today are still on the streets. With that being said the human person is deteroriating and losing all ability to having a quality of life everyday they are on the street.
Matt Lopez of BS is so IGNORANT and STUPID, he questioned me of why don't I go to Alhambra and ask for a voucher? Oh yeah hey why not its so easy, sure these people don't answer the phone to the public you actually think they just hand out vouchers, you moron!!! Everyone on the street would have a place if it were that easy, you idiot!

The Government, could careless, but the State of California is spending tax dollars giving non profit organization such as Path of LA, Illumination Foundation and anyone else who is willing to build a shelter millions of dollars just search the net and you will find articles. Blue Sheild employees will NOT accomadate me with a new worker or any other services they are forcing me to go back and COMPLY, to St Joseph Center, hell NO I rather be Gypsy, or maybe I'll go husband hunting or sell bl*** jobs. I don't deserve to be treated this way or anyone else. I am aware of the sick game the State plays and doesn't hold anyone of these agencies accuntable for what they do and how they treat people and Blue Sheild is just as Guilty of this abuse!!!
