I ordered a belt from blvcks.com. It went as any normal web purchase should go. I placed my order, they confirmed, and soon sent me a tracking number. As I normally do, I track my order coming from China to the US. I had soon gotten a notice from 17 tracking that my order, for some reason was returned. I immediately emailed blvcks.com.
They replied, and let me know that they were aware of this. And promised to resend my order, as well as a new tracking number within 5 business days. And also promised that my order would not take any longer than 10 business days to arrive.
Two weeks later, I have received no tracking number, nor has my order arrived. I have emailed them multiple times, no response. Beware of this company. If there are any problems with your order they will not follow through to make it right.
