I’m beyond disappointed and honestly furious with the way I was treated by (BMW of Silver Spring) Tischer Autopark and Atlantic Automotive Corporation (Franchised owned dealership). As a loyal customer with no gaps in my maintenance alone with extended warranty. I brought my BMW in for a regular routine maintenance, expecting professional service(for Preventive maintenance), while they recommend all these parts to get fixed and me doing what they recommended, still resulted in my vehicle shutting off in the rain on a busy highway nearly resulting in a server accident. but what I got was a mess that led to a full-on lawsuit (4 years). I sued them for negligence, breach of contract, and misrepresentation—yes, it was that serious. With all proof of invoice documents, extended warranty inspector report as well as their own BMW technician report stating his findings of how my “engine starved of oil” The whole reason of my complaint. 

Even though the court ruled in their favor, that doesn’t make what they did right. From the Original invoice document they allow their BMW technician to Contradict himself under the oath. I felt completely taken advantage of, lied to, and ignored. They showed zero accountability, no integrity, and treated me like my concerns didn’t matter at all. As a women of color an a essential worker at the time of the failure of the engine(2020)

This experience cost me time, money, and peace of mind. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you really care about your car and your sanity, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anybody. My vehicle still not fixed.

Much To Learn About The SLEAZY Car Business!

 You determine a dealer's motivation by reading how they treat customers. ANY car dealer which adds BOGUS, ADD,ON, FAKE FEES to the sale of a car tells you, IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, they DO NOT practice HONESTY or INTEGRITY. The same goes for the absolute CON,GAME of "dealer installed options". All this means is you CANNOT TRUST THEM anything. Since this dealer adds FAKE FEES to the sale of a car, you can not trust them. Secondly, if you have non-warranty work to be done, use a well experienced independent shop. When you go to a dealer "shop" you are setting yourself up for their WELL KNOWN PRICE GOUGING, absolute GARBAGE customer service and FAKE "mechanics" who are nothing more than commissioned parts changers. Again, find yourself an INDEPENDENT SHOP and stay away from all dealers which add FAKE FEES. The FAKE FEE CON-GAME is a definite trait of trashy, sleazy, slime ball car dealers whom you cannot trust...PERIOD.
