Bob Stein owner of Saturn systems is an aggressive debt collector. He continues to contact individuals who have nothing to do with the debt even though he has been told on multiple occasions not to call this number. I am not this person/s and this is not their number. Yet, he continues to call.

He blocks his number when his calls every time aswell. I can only imagine how many other people have to deal with this guys antics. No matter if he is told nicely or rudely, he will continue to call. His answer to me in a fit of rage after I had some choice words for him were "No, I will not stop calling, I will continue to call because this is the number I speak to this person n all the time!" Clearly this guy is either confused or lieing. 

I get he is trying to collect a debt but, you can't  collect it from someone who doesn't owe it nor has anything to do with the persons or situation.
