Boldleads.com Agent Poster Promises warm leads, leads are fake or made up. Chandler AZ

We started with the company on April 21, 2021. We were promised quality, pre screened, listing leads. This was not the case. After making numerous calls to the leads, we came to find out that they were phony. We had 3 people tells us that they are not on social media and never filled out a form requesting anything. We had 4 duplicate leads from the same person, and multiple fake emails and phone numbers. We were told the leads would be within a 15 mile radius of the location we chose, we had leads that were 40 plus miles away and in some cases out of the state we live in.

When we called to complain, we were told that "these are raw internet leads. We do not pre-screen or pre-vet these leads." This was not what were were told at all when spoke to the sales rep.  We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea and it has been 40 days and they have never responded. They have over 82 complaints in the last 12 months. We have contacted them via phone and email and they do not respond.  We disputed the charge on our credit card and have since blocked them from charging our card again.  This is the email we received:

We received notification from your card company that you are disputing your charges. We will be responding to this dispute accordingly. With this dispute, your account will be locked, and your area released. Your account is also at risk for being sent to collections.

You are currently under contract with us. Please remove these disputes and contact us to resolve this matter. If you would like to terminate your contract, you may pay an early termination fee.

We will be filing a report with Arizona Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.  They are scamming Realtors out of their hard earned money and we are not sure how they are still in business.
