Never send you loved ones here, after over 2 years of fighting neglect issues and the housekeeping issues, we are done. All the staff wants to do is take advantage of the automatic debit authorization to recoop as much money and possible while letting your Dad sit in a puddle of urine. Disgusting, uncaring, profit generating hell mouth of greed and apathy.
Upon our notice for 30 day termination,. they hit us with thousands more money than we owed with an automation cash transfer. and they stated they will not remove the charges
This place is corrupt and unsympathic to you and your loved ones, heaven ownly knows what they did for my Dad in his neglect. I hope this place looses their license for what they did to us
