They refused to return my money because I was under the 24 hour prior cancelation.

when I had just booked it 10 minutes before (for that night)

Booking dot com refused because Hotel ran my card

Hotel refused because they put it on booking dot com

CC refused because I was charged No show for the hotel they swapped me for (unable to cancel because booked for that night)

NONE of these booking places can do anything that YOU cannot do! They are ALL worthless and they cater to those who don't travel much because they think they are suckers. Do you see what happened? They were the middlemen between you and the hotel. WISE UP!

You nor anybody else needs these rip off artists. You do your research and boom your own hotel. People have done that for years before this garbage crawled out of the sewer.
