I used this service when I purchased bubble run w/ Active.com back in April for October's event. Due to unpreventable circumstance like surgery coming up in the 22nd of Oct, car auto emission broken down and my daughter starting her 1st job etc. Seems like this company only refunds you if you died, military, and relocated by a company .

Is it very VERY VERY LIMITED. BEWARE! Do not spend that extra $2 or 5 dollars thinking you are secured, you will not get your tickets back and ended up paying more $ thinking you are protected. This company is very misleading, false adverting and I believe it's a SCAM. They are located in UK with NO PHONE number, no email NOTHING to contact them! Only email! That's already fishy!
