In April 2022 I tried to place an order but then canceled it. then I placed an order 11/07/2022 for items that were supposedly shipping in "1-2 weeks" No products. I wrote they said they items would ship 2-3 weeks but still nothing.

Around December 14, 2022 I went online and did a review search and found many complaints stating this company was a "a scam", that products had not been shipped, that no one was answering calls. then I sent them two additional emails and asked them to cancel order and refund my credit card. I also reported them to thr Windsor, Ontario BBB.

Today is 20 December and I still cannot reach them by phone, or by email, and they have not issued a refund. The one time they responded I got their email so there is no issue with them sending responses and emails going to trash can but I do remember that this was something they said last April when I had first tried but then cancelled an order.

Ive never dealt with a company that behaves in this manner so I do have to wonder if they aren't making a run to try and make as much money during the holidays, and then might simply vanish with my money--and your money too. the site looks great, but maybe that is part of the scam. I also noticed that their own reviews (click on reviews at the bottom left of the page) are all 5-star reviews, with perfect English--all apparently seem written by the same person(s).

likewise, a reviewer on sitejabber--where there are many bad reviews--states that he/she/they learned that the company is renting a warehouse...and while that might sound normal, as companies have to have a place to ship and receive products, it does seem a desolate place, that doesn't appear to have an office--which would be necessary if they have as many staff as they claim. No one answers the phone, which is weird.
