I’ve worked in the court system and attorney offices for almost my entire life, and this attorney is hands down the most unethical I’ve ever run into.  I had a small personal injury lawsuit that I was forced to handle myself due to the medical costs only being $2,000 (no attorney would take such a small case).  This attorney was the defense attorney for Farmers and he literally pulled every dirty trick in the book to delay it in the courts for years - including telling me I had to serve the Defendant personally.  

Years later he admitted to knowing the Defendant was in fact deceased from natural causes and it was impossible to serve her.  And admitted Farmers never spoke to her regarding the accident, but would tell multiple judges he needed the matter to go to a jury trial, resulting in years of continuances.  Refusing to settle for more than $500.  Now he has moved to representing Plaintiffs and the practice includes Bad Faith claims against insurance companies?  That is an absolute (bad) joke!
