Boris Prilutsky Illegal unjustified suspicious charges placed on my account without my knowledge. Retaliations, abuses against me Brookline MA

I am writing to request the removal of $4000 from my association account. I believe these charges were assessed unlawfully. On Friday February 17, 2017 at 4:52 pm, Received an email asking for the box to be removed by 9 PM same day.

I had already left for the long weekend since it was President’s Day and did not have access to email. When I checked my email upon my return, I was charged. I immediately wrote to Boris Prilutsky explaining the situation and requested to view the footage from the trash disposal area to understand why the trash removal crew had failed to remove the box.

I also checked the recycle area, but card box was NOT there. I was told that Boris Prilutsky picked up the box. To date, I have not received any of the requested information, nor the charge has been Removed. I was ignored to see the footage, to have a meeting, to get any explanation of what had happen. 

Since March 2017, a monthly late fee of $25 has been added to my account and the balance now total $4000. I have repeatedly asked to speak with the Board requested footage, and inquired about any costs associated with the box, but my requests have been ignored.

I find situation descriminatory, abusive, dictarotial and disrespectful and false. Boris Prilutsky's style is a style  to demand, dictate in order to satisfy anger and his unending abusive nature towards females. There are numerous complaints against his improper behavior. The situation is out countrol. This is a pure example of many retaliations against me after I have expressed Boris Prilutsky's violent angry style and suggested he is being disciplined.

Please assit me to Discipline the offender, and remove false/illelgal charges from my account. I have not done anything wrong. Thank you
