Boss Wireless Headphones Boss Wireless Headphones Inc Received defective product and mislead me to believe their product had noise cancellation per their website. They have not provided me a refund or replacement. It has been more than two months. All I receive is an email with repetitive responses. I felt neglected and mislead. Santa Rosa California

I saw an add through part of Target's online website, at first I thought it was under Target but it took me to their website at:  thebosswireless.com .  They were selling wireless headphones or earpods that I wanted to buy for my son.  It had mentioned that they have noise reduction or noise cancellation.  They were selling for $109.95, free shipping.  So I purchased it online on 04/04/2020 per email saved in my inbox.  Payment method was thru Debit Card online.   It was shipped 04/16/2020 with tracking number:  9200190240609362369692, per email:  Order number BOSS#4217,  Tracking Number: 9200190240609362369692

Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 10:56 am on April 16, 2020 in CHINO, CA 91710. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.  A few weeks later, at around the first week of May 2020, I received it and gave it to my son.  The following next few days, my son noticed it didn't have a noise cancelling feature at all and that the bluetooth connection is faulty and it loses connection consistently, at times, the left earpod gets disconnected or malfunctions. 

On May 16 2020, I sent an email requesting for a refund of which under the Terms and Conditions I am within the allowable time.  I sent an email stating its condition and that either a replacement or refund would make me happy.  Since then, I have not received any updates on a replacement or refund.  I have emailed several times and have a long recorded string of emails sent with a response that shows no personal empathy of my situation and seemed repetitive or vague in response, "We are working on your request," or "As early as possible, we are working on your request on urgent basis."  It lacks substantive information on my returns or refund information. 

I have gone to their website and used the email from there and no response.  I have sent an email to request my situation be escalated, no response.  I have gone to Facebook and went to their page and made a comment, no response.  I have selected to do chat in their Facebook page, no response.  There was an 800 number from their website, no response.  I feel that I was "ripped-off" and all I'm asking is a refund or a working replacement for my son.
