Boston Customs Credit Union National Treasury Employees Union Theft of Union Email Database Boston Massachusetts

Richard Dargon a representative of the Boston Customs Federal Credit Union, and National Treasury Employee Union Chapter 133 stole the unions email database and spammed hundreds of members with advertisements for the Boston Customs Credit Union as well as an illegal promotion of candidates. It is illegal to use a unions resources to promote a candidate over another without giving them all equal opportunities. When questioned Mr Dargon chose to lie and claim he has known the people he emailed for years despite some of them having less than a year of employment and not knowing him at all. Mr Dargon has proven that he is a liar and a thief, as well as a coward who can’t compete fairly. My union funds were misused to promote this bank, with Dargon working there expect him to lie and steal like he is well known for.
