Brandon John or John's Roofing Repair Company said they fixed my leaky roof and it was guaranteed for 1 year. It leaked 2 days later and they ignore all calls. Los Angeles CA

Guy claiming to be named Brandon John came out with another guy. He said it was a simple leak and that it absolutely, 100%, would NOT leak after he fixed it. He said it if did leak he would come right back. It leaked 2 days later just as badly as before. We called him and he said he would be out again on a certain day and never showed up. Since then he never picks up the phone. He said it would take 6 hours to fix our roof and $500.00 in supplies when he gave the estimate. When he did the work it took him 25 minutes and he used almost no supplied. We've had several licensed roofing companies look at his work and they said he literally did nothing but slap on about $15.00 worth of the wrong sealer. It is already cracking and he was just here. He has ads on different platforms and he is a total scammer. Obviously do not use this person. If you do, make him give you a copy of his driver's license and take a picture of him and his truck and its license plate.
