Brant Construction Jeff Brantley Jeff stole $52,500 from me and never completed the work! CO Centennial

I paid Jeff/Brant Construction a total of $52,500 to build a rooftop patio at my house. I was promised that the work would be done in 4 weeks. 11 months later the job is not even close to being done and Jeff Brantley has not worked at my house in more than 4 months. I have tried every tactic to get Jeff to finish his contracted work but after hundreds of attempts, he continues to blow me off and thinks he can get away with this fraudulent behavior. I have never been treated this badly by any person or contractor before in my life and I want to get my money back and stop Jeff from doing this to other people. After talking to some of his past clients, it appears that he has done this to many people. He robs Peter to pay Paul and does that over and over again leaving people like myself high and dry, Please help me stop this bad actor.
