Complaint Review: Brewbaker Kia - Montgomery Alabama
Brewbaker Kia Made appointment to have car serviced well in advance. When I arrived at the service department they didn't have the part. Drove 45 miles just to get there. Montgomery Alabama
I made an appointment to have a new fuel filter installed. I made this appointment through their automated system online. On the system it asks you the reason for your visit, so it's not like they didn't know. I even had to reschedule the appointment and I did this by speaking with a service repesentative over the phone.
On the day I was to have my car serviced I drove 45 miles to the dealership. Then I was told they didn't have the part and they would have to order it. The person said, they could reschedule it for the following Thursday. I said, forget it and I drove away.
Now here's the question. If you knew I was coming and you knew what I needed to have done, why didn't you make sure the part was in stock? It's not like I just drove in and said this is what I need. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!
So because of these idiots. I wasted 2 hours of my time. Drove 90 miles and used a half a tank of gas. This is Montgomery. They build Kia's there.
If you make a service appointment make sure they have the parts before even going there. As for myself I'm going to the Kia Dealership in Birmingham from now on.
