Simply put....

As a single mother of a now grown daughter, we always drove Nissans.  While personally preferring to drive a Nissan, my daughter who is now of age, wanted to buy a Mazda.

We went to Tuttle Click Mazda in Irvine.

The sales people, while somewhat unfamiliar with their product, put my daughter onto a smaller type Mazda. Once inside, we went back and forth back and forth on price, on services. 
Something other dealerships deal with on a regular basis....with courtesy and grace. After all, it's business not personal. 

I asked for the general manager, his name is Brian Babler. Well making a brief but very impressionable appearance, he basically said "this is the deal, either take it or leave it."

There was no wiggle room. In fact his attitude was one of indifference and frankly I felt disrespected.  I would think a man in a position of Brian Babler, would have much stronger people skills.  I was heartbroken that my daughter's first experience in buying a car, was handled this such a disrespectful way, Brian Babler should've known better.

Mr Brian  Babler seems to be a person who had acquired his position most likely by tenure, unlikely by service  or customer satisfaction.

Mr. Brian Babler eventually left our area, not to be seen again. A couple of messages were sent down from his office to the sales person again reiterating, "if they don't like our deal, they can go somewhere else."

My daughter and I were horrified. I would definitely not recommend dealing with Brian Babler or Tuttle Click Mazda in Irvine.
