Brian Bellamy, The Refinery Haus Iridium Software Company, LLC PERKL, LLC - dissolved 2014 SOSMA LLC Thrive IT Solutions, LLC Paid $52,000 for software that was never completed possibly ever started Charlotte North Carolina

The company, Iridium Software based in Charlotte, North Carolina and owned by Mark Bryan Bellamy claimed that they could create a software program, a cloud portal. They took an advance payment of $52,000 and then quit keeping the advance and providing no code. The company violated best practices. They did not tell the truth about the development that took 6-months time. They damaged my company with lack of performance which resulted in lost sales and my company then having unhappy customers. There was a penalty for non-performance which they ignored. I requested a refund and Bryan refused. 

Bryan dissolved the company, Iridium and started immediately a new company, The Refinery Haus in Charlotte. Bryan then proceeded to steal our clients customers and business plan and strategy. He then offered huge raises and stole our client's employees. This man and his business practices are fraudulent. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with him or any of this team members. Because we are a California corporation and he is located in North Carolina, the cost of litigating against him is prohibitive. The recourse is to expose his unscrupulous business practices so that no one else is damaged by him.
