Found Brian freestone on Facebook marketplace, selling washers and dryers. He claimed to be a washer and dryer.
Distributor that's closing their doors, we went and saw the units met up with him later on that week to put the deposit down because he said the owners I wanted to get rid of them, and had other people looking.
We were buying a 36 units for $30000. That's eight hundred and thirty three dollars a unit, we gave him $15000 dollars down as a deposit. And this is when stuff got fun, the washers and dryers that we put the deposit down for were sold, he claimed to have other washers and dryers lined up for us.
When asked to look at him, he kept putting it off.Then exclaimed that he does not know where the units went, they've been moved and not by him.... when asked for the information for the people who he gave our money too for the washers and dryers because it was supposed to be their store going out of business.
He did not have any names or numbers to provide to us, nor did he agree to give us our money back, file the police report. Let's see what happens
