Brian Podolak and Jimmy Sposato had stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors and fled the US.

Here is an update on the situation.
Jesse Foote was the guy behind this mess. He made unsubstantiated claims, and there was no theft.
Jesse is now working alone on something else, and the parties are now working on this project together.
We believe that we will have a very profitable future together.
