Brian Randall SWITCHED HIS CARS to file FRAUDULENT CAR INSURANCE CLAIM!! Laguna beach California

This man went ahead and filed a fake fraudulent car insurance claim against me stating I hit his black Lexus. He is a lying thief trying to get money from me. He crashed his Lexus before hand and is trying to pin it on me. We had a small bumper to bumper and I bumped his Toyota Corolla that was grey so I gave him my insurance and ID. Mind you there was zero damage on the car so I thought it was ok that’s why I didn’t say let’s bring the police fill out an incident report. I check my car insurance claim and see he switched the vehicles!!!! I was so confused hurt and angry!!! There was no picture of the original car/ my insurance company said this man already went and fixed the car and is asking for the payment. Never did I think something like can happen, but this man is twice my age so he knows the ins and outs of the insurance world I guess !!! He got me where he needed me and took advantage of me! He saw I was in a rush with my small daughter and took his opportunity! Had I had the police report he would’ve never been able to switch the cars and file these claims ! FRAUD BIG LIAR U WILL GET UR KARMA
