Brie Lee, Project Manager, at PUSH Model Talent Agency In California I Was Bullied And Didn't Get Paid California, USA

Push Agency hires brand ambassadors to promote a product for a client.

They hired Ms. Bre Lee to staff the team.  They use Ms. Brie Lee knowing she is a bully and people are afraid to fire her and continue to use her.

I was hired by Ms. Brie Lee, who on the phone quickly said Do You Want The Job Or Not?  Not so bad I said to myself, since I am in Florida and she is in California ... and I wasn't working directly with her.

The days were 4 in total, paid well, and I liked the product.

My team lead was Kalyn Brown, the nicest, coolest person ever! I thought!

First day was super!  I was first to arrive, took the team pictures and led the team to where the locals hang, since I was the native. Great Day!

Day 2:  The event isn't in Miami, as said by Ms. Brie Lee.  I texted for help from the team before the event.

Ms. Brie Lee in California got angry and removed me from the team for texting too early.  We were all up and used to texting on the feed.  I texted the team.  The team after the anger burst came through actually.  I was axed from 3 days of work and holiday pay, which hurt me.  Ms. Bree Lee shouldn't be a Project Manager.  She is too up & down and all around NOT nice or good.  She got the location Wrong and it was Wrong to remove me since the time difference is what she signed-up for and I was in the right!  

I complained and all sided with NOT firing Ms. Brie Lee, who received other complaints on other job boards, that do erase complaints by Brand Ambassadors to please the agencies who book with them.  I nevr had a manager like Ms. Brie Lee, who inmy book will always deserve the axe.  I can't be abused nor should anyone deal with Ms. Brie Lee, a real angry, disgusting human being who isn't a good project manager.

Enters Erika Portelli, another Team Lead, who admits Ms. Brie Lee is rude and has heard her speak poorly on the phone to brand ambassadors.  She is afraid of Ms. Bree Lee and says she will not fire her.  I learn in writing this report that Erika Portelli is only a Project Manager like Ms. Brie Lee.  They played games.  Erika Portelli was very nice and is very pretty like Kalyn Brown, but ineffective like Kalyn Brown and game playing like Kalyn Brown in dealing with this issue, I never wanted them to deal with.  I asked for someone over Ms. Brie Lee and they tricked me, which means Ms. brie Lee was nervous.

I understand both Kalyn Brown and Erika Portelli want to keep their jobs and don't want to make waves with a bully like Ms. Brie Lee, who is equal to all of us.  I don't blame them too badly, but I do a bit.  Ms. Brie Lee has been with Push Agency for years around 7 apparently and the owners must know she is the way she is. I don't believe anyone or Kalyn Brown and Erika Portelli would lose their job, they had nothing to do with it but no one was realy nice or cool in the end when I asked for an endorsement on a website Ms. Brie Lee axed me off on.  It is rude to allow an incompetent and abusive person to reign over competent staff overall and I was great.

Push Agency cut me off.  I don't want to work with them either.  Kalyn Brown  ignored a text to endorse me as a good worker on a job website and said she didn't know how to do that.  All it required was pushing a button.  And Erika Portelli also refused to endorse me stating she didn't know me.  Again in the end, these two people could have made me happy by writing a good note.  I didn't demand the pay I contracted for knowing it would be trouble, buyt it was owed to me as Ms. Brie Lee is deserved to lose her paycheck and job.

I will never forget what losers the 3 ladies really are, since Kalyn Brown and Erika Portelli Couldn't Be Their Own Person and make it a good ending for us with a good endorsement on a website.  I am an OG, The Best.  I can't work for such lame people.  

Ladies are bad these days.  Kalyn Brown and Erika Portelli probably okay to work for, but in a tough spot they won't have your back.  And Brie Lee is a no-go--she is too moody to angry, uptight and in the wrong to be in this business of representing brands and working with the public.  Her way is the Wrong way.

This doesn't make it better, but it sets the record straight.

Kalyn Brown and Erika Portelli have to work with Unwell Ms. Bree Lee, so it works out.
