Brightify.co I ordered two forever flowers that never shipped and they won't issue my refund

I found Brightify.co on Instagram and they seemed legitimate. I bought two forever flowers from them for $52 on May 2nd. It is now June 15th and my package never reached a USPS facility to be shipped. Anytime I emailed them I never got any progress with the status of my package, I never got any answers. When I requested a refund because my package never even shipped, they told me I have to recieve the package, then send it back to them to be inspected in order to get a refund.

I had seen that they posted more sponsored ads on Instagram that claim their shipping is only 2-5 business days in the US, but for me it's been over a month. Me and some other Instagram users complained on their page in the comments section, and they have since deleted those comments. Do not buy from this company! They are a waste of money, and time. They are unprofessional. I saw a new setting on Instagram where you can see how many times a page has changed their username, they have changed their username over 25 times in one year. I only wish I had done more research before spending my money. Don't trust Instagram businesses
