brightpad.co Being dishonest about company and product. ATLANTA GEORGIA

I ordered an LED drawing pad from brightpad.co for my nephew.  They were very slow about responding to where they were located until eventually emailing me that they were located in Atlanta.  This LED drawing pad was $25. 

After I FINALLY received a tracking number after multiple attempts at correspondence, I discovered that the item was being shipped for China.  Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered it for Xmas.  The company, when emailed, was extremely shady about the entire process.  When the item finally arrived, it was nothing but a cheap piece of foam core board with glow in the dark backing. 

It included a very low quality LED light pen to draw on the board.  That's it.  I literally could have made this item for $5 from Hobby Lobby. I would be EXTREMELY cautious about ordering from these people.  I have seen multiple sites done up EXACTLY like their site but with a different name.  In fact, the name BrightPad is trademarked by a company that makes an artist drawing/tracing board. 

I reported brightpad.co to the Atlanta BBB.  Beware of these shady operators.
