In my 38yrs in Real Estate across the world and having dealt with some of the largest organisations to the smallest investors - 

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST experience, I have ever had.

I would NEVER rent ANY property owned or managed by them.

I would NEVER invest in them because over 75% of their properties SIT VACANT.

They are horrible lying, cheating, unprofessional people who are not interested in even meeting to discuss a problem, they ignore calls and emails - it starts from the CEO and goes right down to the agents who threaten and lie and cheat - I have FIRST HAND EVIDENCE of every allegation and accusation.

There are NO FALSE CLAIMS / STATEMENTS

I cant think of words to describe how appalled and disgusted I am.

THANK GOD MY LEASE IS OVER - GOOD RIDDENS and never again.

SAVE YOURSELF rent anywhere else except them.

Worst company ever.
