The dog owners at the Broadlawn Apartments in White Plains NY are irresponsible, walking their dogs up and down North Broadway allowing their dogs to urinate and dirty other buildings gardens lawns bushes and parks. They all walk their dogs in the park on North Broadway knowing that there are signs that say 'NO DOGS ALLOWED'. The Broadlawn has their own internal gardens why don't these irresponsible dirty neighbors walk their dogs in the Broadlawn gardens and parking lots?  Because they are bad neighbors. We are going to take your pictures and videos to the White Plains police department and make the offenders public.  STOP DESTROYING OUR GARDENS LAWNS BUSHES TREES AND THE PARK with your dogs. Stop being bad irresponsible neighbors!  We are going to find out where you work and send the pictures to your boss also so they know who they have working for them! Enough is enough!
