BROOKFIELD LENDING SERVICES I never thought I was going to go through a nightmare. Brentwood Tennessee

It was on june 14 2007 2:00pm when I got this phone call from Marge Harper ext.638 from Brookfield lending saying that I was approved for $5,000 when I had applied for other loan companies and never theirs. I spoked to her and she said that she would fax me more details about this loan in which she did. I read the papers and it seemed true to my knowledge but, there was one thing that did not make since where it said that I had to pay an amount of $930.00 USD in order to secure the loan. She said that I would have to pay 7% for 36 months/3years in where I would only pay $155.00 monthly. The $930.00 would be a collateral payment of 6 months. As I was talking to her on the phone she told me that out of the 5 pages she faxed me I would only have to fax back 2 pages signed and a form of Id and a voided check and which I did. So I called her back to see if she recieved the papers and she said "yes" now all you have to do to secure the loan is go to Wal -MART and buy a Moneygram of the amount of $930.00 plus the cost of the Moneygram it came to a total of$944.00 dollars. I called her to give her the reference number in which she told me to do so and that the loan would release into my account no later than 24hrs. The next day I checked into my account and there was nothing there. I called the bank and there was nothing pending. I got really nervous and worried. I called the next day and left a message in which she left me a message saying that she couldn't release the loan because there was a problem in their building. In the message she said that my case was transfered to another representative by the name Kevin Brock ext 226. He told me to sent another $930.00 because they couldn't secure the loan. So I said no. I want my money back? He said that he was going to sent me a refund of my money in a certify check. He promised me that I would get my money on june 30,2007 but to call him on the 29th to get a tracking number. I called back on the 28th and letf a message. I called back on the 29th ever since the morning left messages and never heard of him again. I tried calling and calling but no luck all the machine says is "Thank You Good Bye". london burtonsville, Maryland
